More foam in the water means longer gaps between cleans, and this is the tall-bodied member of the INFIL family – 293mm from base to top, carrying two replaceable sponges rather than one. The extra media volume is the point: a heavier bacterial population and more capacity to hold debris before flow starts to suffer.

It works on the same bottom-draw principle as the rest of the range. Water enters from beneath the unit, where waste naturally comes to rest on the aquarium floor, then has to pass through foam and media before it is released back into the tank – a route that keeps suspended particles out of open water.

Delivering 500L/H on 8w and rated for aquariums up to 100L, it runs fully submerged in fresh or salt water. Aeration comes from a venturi hose with an adjuster on the front and a fully adjustable outlet, the twin clear casings make foam condition obvious without dismantling anything, and quick-release foam case holders plus suction cups keep servicing and mounting simple.
