AllPondSolutions 600L/H Hang-on External Filter

Surface film and floating debris are the things a submerged filter never quite reaches. This 600 L/H hang-on external filter ships with a surface skimmer attachment (see main boxed photo) as well as its standard intake, and suits fresh or salt water aquarium tanks up to 120 litres capacity.

How it works

A vertical plastic inlet tube carries water up into the large filter chamber, where a media-filled pad delivers mechanical, biological and chemical filtration across two stages. The treated water then returns to the tank over a waterfall-effect outlet, which drives oxygen into the water as it falls.

The unit fits rims of up to 15mm and the flow is adjustable to suit the aquarium it is serving.
