AllPondSolutions 800L/H Aquarium External Filter EF-250

One foam can only do one job. The EF-250 external aquarium filter stacks its media instead, sending tank water through three coarse filter foams of different grades, a filter floss pad and roughly 50 bio balls, so mechanical and biological filtration each get proper space. It delivers 800L/h and suits aquariums up to 250L, freshwater or marine.

The canister lives outside the tank, drawing water in through an inlet tube and returning it through an outlet tube – both supplied. The outlet carries a spray bar, which breaks the surface and raises oxygen aeration levels inside the aquarium. A built-in pump helps prime the filter on start-up.

Cleaning is where the drip-free shut-off tap earns its keep: close it and the filter can be lifted away from the aquarium and carried to a sink or outside tap without water running everywhere.
