The rinse test really saved me—I kept thinking my old sponge was fine, but these darkened foams showed exactly when it was time to swap. Four in the pack means I've got backups ready for the next few months.

My old filter foam was past saving, so this pack of four is exactly what I needed. The clear housing on the filter makes it easy to see when the sponge is truly done, and these replacements fit perfectly.

Four foams for the price of one filter swap is honestly a steal. I swap mine every three weeks or so, and the clear housing makes it obvious the moment the sponge turns that dark brown. Fit snug, no gaps, no rattling.
